features mostly American cuisine with an exciting selection of steak, seafood and chicken dishes by Chef Robert Gushue, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Chef Gushue believes that great cuisine is simply well-prepared food using fresh, quality ingredients.
Our Philosophy
A restaurant should be fun with interesting menu selections. We want you to have a great dining experience at Sydney's. In keeping with the times, we continue to offer our fresh, delicious cuisine at reasonable pricing. We also use locally-produced ingredients whenever possible. From lobster and scallops, to goat cheese and blueberries, Sydney's proudly offers the best of Maine.

Check out our menus! We have everything from Filet Mignon and Cedar-planked Atlantic Salmon to Burgers and Fish 'n Chips. We also have fun menu items such as Pork Dumplings and Lobster Potato Skins and we serve our pub fare throughout the restaurant.
